Elif Nur Aydın, who serves as general counsel at a Chinese real estate company, gained internship experience in various areas of law, both in boutique and Legal 500 law firms during her university years.

After graduating from university in 2021, she commenced her legal internship at a consultancy office providing legal services to companies, subsequently specialising in real estate law at a dedicated office.

She then transitioned to the role of sole general counsel at an international real estate firm based in China, where she manages legal matters for the company’s branches across Türkiye, Asia, and Europe. Elif focuses particularly on legal affairs related to investments in Türkiye.

In her current role, Elif not only formulates and executes legal frameworks for investment ventures but also leads the development and implementation of robust legal strategies to optimise investment processes while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Presently, Elif provides consultancy and litigation services, specialising in foreigner law, real estate law, and contract law. She adeptly navigates legal disputes for both company and international clients, contributing significantly to the resolution of complex legal matters.
