Gamze Bedirkurum, joined Ericsson Turkey, as head of legal, Türkiye and Iran, in September 2020. In addition to this existing role, Mrs. Bedirkurum also worked as Acting Head of Legal Middle East and Africa, leading legal affairs unit covering roughly 65 countries in the region between May 2023 and May 2024. She is also International Coaching Federation certified coach.

Between 2014 and 2020 Mrs. Gamze Bedirkurum worked as Senior Group Legal Counsel at KoçSistem Türkiye and Azerbaijan and before joining KoçSistem, she held positions as Attorney at Law at Demir&Partners Law Firm and Avea İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. between 2011 and 2014. Bedirkurum graduated from Marmara University – Faculty of Law and holds her master’s degree in Labour and Social Security Law. Her master dissertation has been published as an article in a peer reviewed magazine in Türkiye. She started his professional career in 2009 at Robert Bosch Türkiye as a legal trainee.
