For more than nine years, I have worked for a well-known international law firm serving clients in various fields, such as energy, real estate, construction, angel investors, portfolio management companies, fund groups, public companies, holdings, startups, tourism, and health. I am extremely happy with the professional level I have reached by adopting a selfless and devoted work ethic. After serving a wide range of clients for many years, I started working as in-house legal counsel at Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri.

It is great to see the contributions and development of being on the in-house side. I can say that the most important principle for me is to work selflessly, efficiently, and in a results-oriented manner. It is very exciting to be part of meaningful work and to know that you are contributing to the outcome. Financial calculations, risk analysis, compliance, and sustainability projects are among the most important issues that have recently attracted my attention. It is exciting to work on these issues in coordination with our company’s business units.

In a field that is constantly developing and evolving, I support the use of software that aims to adapt to new technologies, use time efficiently, and increase productivity. I believe it is crucial to preserve the traditional methods of practicing law while also advancing them and adopting efficient working principles through the contribution of technological developments.
