What are the most significant cases and/or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

In addition to this, As the legal team, we have recently developed very important projects to strengthen our compliance policies and ethical processes, and we have tried to ensure that our employees internalise these projects. Within the scope of our compliance process, we have reviewed our competition compliance policy, supply management policy, occupational safety and food safety policies, and we have tried to raise awareness by organising a series of trainings and workshops to ensure that these policies are adopted by our employees.

In addition, spreading our company’s long-standing ethical culture to all layers of our company has been one of our goals that we attach great importance to. For this reason, we put our ethical principles in writing and shared them with all our employees and stakeholders. We also organised trainings for our employees focusing on ethical decision-making, management of conflicts of interest and transparency principles.

We believe that these projects have helped our company not only comply with the legislation but also pioneer innovations in the sector as an enterprise deeply committed to ethical values, and we continue to work to ensure that sustainable, ethical business practices are always at the centre of our business strategy.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

In 2024, our team’s strategic priorities include integrating digitalisation and artificial intelligence technologies into our legal practice. Underlying this approach is the aim of strengthening our compliance processes by increasing the operational efficiency of both our company and our team.

Indeed, we believe that leveraging the power of digital technologies and artificial intelligence to improve our capacity to analyse and monitor real-time data will give us an advantage in identifying potential compliance risks in advance and taking proactive measures.

Another key component of our 2024 strategy is to improve our service quality for internal and external clients by utilising AI-enabled legal research and data management systems. In this way, we believe that we will be able to respond to the needs of our customers and business partners more quickly and accurately.

As a result, by effectively using digitalisation and artificial intelligence technologies in the field of law, we aim to support the sustainable growth of our company, consolidate our position in the sector and maintain all our activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. This technological transformation empowers us both to invest in the future of our company and to fulfil our responsibility to consumers and society at the highest level.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

The guiding principle of myself and my team has always been “continuous development and innovation”. This principle is not only limited to the field of law, but also includes gaining previously unexplored experiences and discovering a completely new professional field that has nothing to do with law. This search for innovation has always encouraged us to embark on new projects. In our company, we have gone beyond the law, enthusiastically accepting a variety of assignments and striving relentlessly to fulfil each and every one of them to the highest standards. In short, it is the spirit of innovation and the desire for continuous improvement that fuels us. In this journey, we believe that each new challenge makes us stronger and broadens our vision.
