We have been involved in expansion of Bupa Türkiye from being an insurer to an integrated healthcare company. This means important legal transactions that are complicated from legal transactional perspectives and many governance procedures of Bupa Group that was led by legal.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

Bupa Türkiye serves as a healthy life consultant with integrated health services in line with Bupa’s growth strategy in the field of healthcare in Türkiye in parallel to Bupa’s global vision. As the legal department, we aim to support Bupa’s growth strategy in Türkiye while being the most customer-centric healthcare company providing the best legal interest of the Group Companies.
