Team size: Five lawyers, one legal assistant within the company and six law firms we outsource and approximately 150 lawyers.

What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

We signed contracts with Kempinski Hotel for our two projects in Gölköy, Bodrum and Sapanca. In these projects, we will build hotels and residences that will be managed under the NEF-Kempisnki brand. Both projects are luxury projects and will provide added value to our project and the region. Likewise, we made agreements for three projects in Miami, US and two projects in Germany and expanded our international project network.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

We aimed to open our company to IPO (Initial Public Offering) in 2024, which is within our plan. We have completed all our preparations for the initial public offering and aim to complete it successfully at the end of June. On the other hand, we will have luxury housing projects located in three different important locations that we are preparing to put up for sale this year. We will put these projects on sale according to the conjuncture of our country and further increase the number of our projects. In addition to our housing projects, we aimed to double our land development projects by the end of the year.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

At the beginning of this year, I was accepted to the Women’s Association on the Board of Directors, which is a high-level platform that has a very important place for women in our country. This association trains independent board members and has an important situation in the business world. My way and education here will continue for 18 months, and a quality education process awaits me. In addition, I started my master’s degree in human resources management at Yıldız Technical University, one of the most important state universities in our country. This is my second master’s degree. Improving and renewing myself will continue to be my greatest passion.
