What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

My legal team was recently involved in a successful, significant contract negotiation process for our company’s project. This negotiation was viewed as a success because the entire process was not one-sided but saw active engagement and benefits for both parties. The greatest pleasure for my legal team was when all managers and colleagues who participated in this project felt safe with the work we carried out.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

Our company’s strategic priorities guide us in 2024, as always. We routinely evaluate how we can support the company’s annual strategies and targets as a team and plan accordingly.

Considering the growth of technology, and the fact that our client is a technology company, our priority in 2024 is to develop the team’s knowledge and closely follow developments in the legal sector that affect technology.

Our focus is specifically on artificial intelligence. Developments in AI law all over the world, especially in the European Union; controversial topics and uncertainties in its implementation; the need to address the possible effects of AI on the field of law; and the importance of creating predictions and determining our actions accordingly are key reasons for placing AI among our priorities.

The basis of our strategy is on our goal to always produce output that support our company’s goals while considering its interests, practicing good communication and adopting a result-oriented perspective.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

Improving myself and knowing that this is an endless journey fuels me. In line with this goal, I do every job I am involved in with passion. I know that mistakes are not the end of everything, so in each version I address my errors, identify things I can do better, and update them by developing new features.

Of course, it makes me feel good to know that this journey is not straight. Ups and downs enable me to determine my strategy towards my goal, to rest, to question previous steps and to plan next steps. Through this cause, I take pleasure in every aspect of my life, whether private or business.
