What strategic priorities will guide you and your team in 2024?

In 2024, my legal team and I are directing our efforts towards strategic goals, including the incorporation of sustainability into our legal approach; following up digital evolution, strengthening proactive risk mitigation; and most importantly, perpetually developing our professional legal expertise. Our objective is to furnish adept assistance to STAR’s dynamic business landscape and forward-thinking strategies.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

Although I belong to a generation that caught up with digital developments later, I have always been a follower of technology-oriented projects and tried to take an active role in them as much as possible, owing to my innovative character. In these times when my company closely follows digitalisation processes and tries to implement them into many different projects, I try to provide alternatives on how we can apply them to our legal processes. Accordingly, I aim to increase my team’s awareness by directing them to adapt the digitalisation trainings.
