Convatec’s legal team is part of a broader function managed by the General Counsel and Company Secretary including Global Ethics and Compliance, Governance and Company Secretarial and Data Privacy teams.

Under the leadership of its new General Counsel and Company Secretary, James Kerton, the legal team operate through a centralised structure, with a designated legal leadership group and with team members focussed on business unit partnerships as well as having the geographical responsibilities and individual subject matter expertise necessary for a large global medtech business. The legal leadership team is also working continuously to enhance high quality and consistent legal oversight and support across business units through the deployment of technologies and IT tools.
