What significant projects or deals has the legal team worked on in the past year?  Can you provide examples of successful outcomes or major accomplishments?   

Our team has been involved in several important restructuring projects including establishing a new distribution entity. Internally, we have implemented a new legal risk management tool which in conjunction with other departments within the business enables us to be more joined up in serving our clients.

One of the greatest aspects of our legal and regulatory affairs team is that it is truly international with colleagues from over 15 countries. Each person brings their unique perspective and local knowledge, which greatly benefits our team.

Our team works on several company-wide initiatives including ESG and supporting on compliance matters.
