Joseph Impicciche has been advising non-profit organizations for the bulk of his career, both as outside and inside counsel. At Ascension, his role involves coordinating legal services for many major projects and transactions. Having accumulated such a wrath of expertise, he is now a much in-demand speaker on tax and business-related subjects to various organizations. He has also served as a board member of numerous organizations, including the Heart Center of Indiana, the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men, Community Action of Greater Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Humane Society.
