In the capacity of vice president and chief of legal affairs for the Latin America division, Ivan Sandoval leads a team of over ten individuals to support the regional activities of Colgate-Palmolive, the worldwide consumer products company. The team worked on the Latin American components of the acquisition in separate transactions of PCA Skin and EltaMD, two fast growing professional skin care brands. The team also handles the oversight of legal matters in Latin America pertaining to the distribution, production and design of all of Colgate-Palmolive brands sold in a region where its many products are extremely popular with high market shares.
