Davidson, North Carolina-based Gary Zaugg has been associate general counsel and regional compliance director for the Americas at global industrials company Ingersoll Rand (IR) since 2015. Described as ‘an incredibly bright counsel’ and ‘a highly effective business adviser’, Zaugg has made particularly notable contributions to IR’s approach to corporate governance in Latin America.
