"Bruno Bertolotti is the head of the legal and compliance, and policy lead at Roche for Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay. He has over 12 years of experience working in the life sciences sector and advising pharmaceutical companies and by way of background, holds an LL.M in Business and Competition Law from Freie Universitat Berlin, a specialist title in LL.M of Contractual Law of the Universidad Católica Uruguay and Diplomas in International Law and Political Economy. After spending more than a decade in the lead regional law firm, and living in Berlin for more than two years, Bruno went back to Uruguay to join Roche. In his current position, Bruno is part of Roche’s leadership team and responsible for ensuring Roche operations are legally compliant, negotiating innovative agreements with the governments, defining legal regulatory strategies and representing Roche before different stakeholders. Bruno spends a big part of his free time playing soccer and travelling with his wife, dog (and soon his baby). Before relocating to Germany, he was working also as professor of commercial law in the ORT University of Uruguay.        "
