The introduction of the personal data protection regulations required us to do massive work to ensure compliance. Social commerce trends required us to acquire new knowledge and skills while at the same time developing guardrails to protect the company from new risks.

How do you motivate and manage the other members of your legal team well?

By being authentic. Lots of changes happened during the past year. We need to stay close to the team now more than ever, listen to their concerns attentively and address those concerns in an authentic way, help them to navigate changes.
