Le Nguyen Quoc Sy is the legal director at Sovico Group, investing in Finance & Banking, Aviation, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Energy. Sovico Group is a leading private multi-industries conglomerate in Vietnam with its members encompassing Vietjet, HD Bank and Phu Long. Before joining Sovico Group, he is Head of Legal and Compliance at Hoi An South Development Ltd., owner of the Hoiana integrated resort on 1,000 ha beach front area in Quang Nam province. He has a long working experience in real estate industry such as at Novaland and Indochina Land.

Sy is a qualified lawyer, a member of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of West of England, UK. He also has bachelor’s degrees from HCMC University of Law and HCMC University of Economics.
