In the past year, I have focused on creating means that are convenient for teamwork and sharing knowledge. My team has set up a shared drive to consolidate our work, allowing everyone to see what others are working on, their workloads, and more. Team members can back each other up, as well as cross-check information and jump in to help at any time. It also serves as a library for newcomers to refer to, helping to speed up the adaptation process.
