Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?

One of our recent successes was advising ERMA FIRST SA on its strategic acquisition of Ecochlor Inc., a U.S.-based BWTS company. This transaction strengthened ERMA FIRST’s global market position and ensured its continued leadership in sustainable marine solutions. KRP Law Firm played a pivotal role in structuring the transaction, managing negotiations, and navigating complex cross-border legal challenges. We oversaw due diligence, secured a solid legal framework, and facilitated vital cash flow support to sustain Ecochlor’s operations during the transition.
