Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?

Due to the fact that Turkey is an earthquake country and the expected earthquake in a metropolis like Istanbul, the process initiated for the transformation of earthquake-resistant buildings has led to the need for lawyers with experience in the field of construction law. We believe that the demand for legal services in this field will continue to grow.

What’s the main change you’ve made in the firm that will benefit clients?

Our office regularly conducts risk analyses for the disputes we handle, keeping clients informed about cases where reaching an agreement could result in significant cost savings. Resolving disputes through agreements based on our legal advice not only saves time but also offers financial benefits to the client.

Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?

The ever-evolving technology continuously impacts and transforms our communication with clients. Adapting to these advancements and leveraging technology to benefit our clients in the legal field is one of our primary goals. We stay up-to-date with technological developments across all areas, from case reporting to expense management systems.

Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?

We briefed the finance department of a client in the tourism sector on the proper legal procedures to follow in the event of an objection to an invoice issued. By filling this gap, we effectively addressed a common issue that often arises in commercial disputes.

Are clients looking for stability and strategic direction from their law firms – where do you see the firm in three years’ time?

Stability and the ability to provide solutions are crucial for clients when choosing a law firm, and their expectations reflect this. Since its inception, our law firm has consistently gained new clients while retaining existing ones year after year. With this in mind, we aim to position our firm among the leading law firms in the country in dispute resolution within the next three years.
