Our team holds a variety of certifications and accreditations that position us to keep pace with the growth of these practices—whether as certified arbitrators, compliance officers, or other licensed professionals—enabling our team to thrive and support sustainable development.
What’s the main change you’ve made in the firm that will benefit clients?
One of the most significant transformations we have adopted is the implementation of legal project management. Each case is approached with a clear methodology based on precise planning, task delegation, continuous follow-up, and full client involvement in every step and outcome through various channels: a dedicated website connecting them with their legal team, email communication, and more. This approach reduces costs, enhances efficiency, and provides clients with clearer visibility into the stages of their legal matters, along with the reassurance of continuity in their legal affairs.
Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?
Our legal technology relies on advanced systems that enable us to provide instant reports, manage cases remotely, schedule meetings, and securely share legal documents online. This reduces response time, enhances a smoother client experience, and delivers a high level of transparency and efficiency.
Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?
We believe that our role goes beyond providing traditional legal advice. That’s why we work with our clients as strategic partners to deliver integrated legal services that enhance compliance and improve both legal and operational performance.
For example, our team managed the legal affairs of a major company by being physically present at its headquarters and various branches, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of its daily legal challenges. Through this, we activated compliance management, analyzed internal regulations, developed effective legal policies, and provided a large number of direct legal consultations.
As a result, the company was able to make informed strategic decisions, reduce legal violations by more than 85%, and avoid potential regulatory penalties.
