Nathalie Moullé-Berteaux and her team has successfully obtained sanctions from the Paris courts against Fauré Le Page Paris and Fauré Le Page Maroquinier, respectively incorporated in 2009 and 2011 for misleading references to the seniority, heritage, and know-how of a three-hundred-year-old gunsmith house Fauré Le Page of which it had taken over neither the goodwill nor the activity.

• On June 1, 2023, the enforcement judge confirmed the Appeal Court’s outstanding precedent in the matter of “belles endormies” brands waken up by investors after fresh trademark filings.
• The opposing party appealed to the Court of Cassation.

Fauré Le Page and Fauré Le Page Maroquinier have been ordered to pay to Goyard St-Honoré a penalty of 257,500.00 euros and a provisional penalty of 1,000.00 euros per violation of the prohibition pronounced by the Paris Court of Appeal on November 23, 2021, for a period of six months, after a period of two months following service of the judgment, as well as the sum of 44,895.60 euros under Article 700 Civil code.
