Team Services

Regulatory advice to the point.

In any regulatory issue, seeing the overall picture while remaining on target is the key. Offering wide-ranging services, our team skillfully navigates clients through the labyrinth of bureaucracy with absolute precision – on a national as well as a European level. With many years of experience in administrative and constitutional law, our experts advise national and international players from all sectors and industries including real estate and construction, life sciences, energy, telecommunications, trade and production as well as public entities. Furthermore, our team stands strong in proceedings before administrative courts, courts of public law and proceedings before the ECJ as well as in administrative criminal proceedings.

Steadfast partner in public procurement.

When securing or providing goods, services or construction work for the public sector, both, public and private contracting parties have to deal with public procurement law.

With in-depth understanding, our team advises public bodies to ensure the compliance with national and European public procurement rules while minimizing risks. Services particularly cover the design and implementation of procurement procedures, especially the preparation and management of invitations to tender as well as the actual award.

Equally, we support applicants and bidders throughout the entire tender process. This includes, above all, the examination of tender documents in order to identify formal “pitfalls”. We also guide clients to ensure the compliance of tenders and represent them in negotiations with contracting authorities as well as in review proceedings.

Areas of expertise include:

  • Managing tenders (drawing up tender documents, responding to inquiries from applicants and bidders, conducting tender opening, contract negotiations, managing award procedures)
  • Awarding of PPP projects (management of the entire award procedure)
  • Awarding of construction services, in particular general contractor and total contractor services
  • Procurement of services and supplies in the medical sector
  • Review of tender documents
  • Representation of applicants and bidders in the award process
  • Representation in review proceedings
