A&P is legal counsel for the legal structuring of the development projects of two hydroelectric power plants with a capacity of 60 MW in Dibombe, Cameroon.
The team is also in charge of a general due diligence on the electricity sector in Cameroon, drafting of documents and discussions with the Ministry of Energy and the regulator, ARSEL.

A&P Legal advice to the off-taker in the negotiation of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and the connection and dispatch contracts for a 30 MW solar power plant project in Ngaoundere, Cameroon by Generale du Solaire.
Advice in the framework of discussions with the Ministry of Energy and ARSEL, regulator of the electricity sector.

Legal advice within the framework of the conclusion of rental contracts for solar equipment in the North of Cameroon for a capacity of 7 MW.

Legal advice to the Ministry of Water and Energy in the context of the declaration of force majeure related to CovID by NHPC in the context of the Nachtiigal project, assistance to MINEE in the context of the negotiations on the amendments to the project contracts.
