Partner Nicolai Fløe Jørgensen has more than 20 years’ experience advising both Danish and international clients on M&A, corporate law, business set-ups, corporate restructurings and contract matters.

Partner Sebastian Rungby is an important player in our practice, and he has been involved in M&A transactions since his arrival at the firm in 2016, recently attracting deals on M&A transaction and corporate law for both Danish and international companies, having established a solid international network.
