The team advises an array of corporate clients and creditors on complex restructuring and insolvency mandates and is also regularly called on to act as administrator to private bankruptcy estates.

The Team:

Christian B. Elmer is a partner in our Insolvency department and a regular assistant at the Maritime and Commercial Court’s probate court. In addition to his specialization in insolvency law, Christian also serves as an advisor to a number of commercial enterprises, where his solution-oriented and practical approach is valuable for clients in managing both legal and business matters.

Torsten Vagn Hansen is an experienced specialist lawyer and certified insolvency lawyer with a strong focus on reconstruction, bankruptcy, creditor arrangements, and bank collection. He specializes in reconstruction and has a deep understanding of the legal procedures and strategies involved in rebuilding a business and bringing it back to financial stability.

Kenneth Birkebæk Laursen is a lawyer in the Insolvency department and provides advice in all areas of insolvency law, including reconstruction, handling of bankruptcy estates from A to Z, and management of companies undergoing compulsory liquidation.
