Counsel in planning matters in order to structure and develop a complex master plan with 759,200 m2 approximately located in the Municipality of Galapa (Atlántico), including specialized advice in environmental matters from our practice area. Part of the plan parcial´s area was determined to the execution of one of the biggest glass factories in Latin America valuated in COP $500.000 million.

ATP Ingeniería S.A.S:

Counsel in planning and real estate matters to identify risks in land development and the acquisition of the premises located in San Carlos de Guaroa, Meta, including specialized advice in environmental matters.

Ripley International S.A:

Counsel in the selling of its commercial property located in the shopping mall Centro Mayor located in Bogota to Compensar, Caja de Compensacion Familiar EPS. For this purpose, the team advised the client on the drafting and the negotiation of the purchase agreement.

Alvarez Velez S.A.S:

Counsel in the negotiation of real estate agreements to associate with Promotora Casa Nua Chía S.A.S. for the development of a senior living project over a land owned by the client. The counsel implied real estate, planning, corporate and tax legal analysis. We also provided legal advisory on the drafting and negotiation of a promise of contribution to the vehicle that will develop the project, which particularly required our counsel to ensure the legal rights of our client in the vehicle.

Latam Logistic Col Propco Cota 1 S.A.S:

Counsel in the drafting and negotiation of several lease agreements regarding warehouses placed in a logistic industrial facility in Cota, Cundinamarca which has an extension of approximately 250.000 m2. Moreover, we counsel the client resolving daily enquiries arising from the execution of such agreements.

Grupo Energia Bogotá:

Counsel in both real estate and planning advice to Grupo Energía Bogotá – a leading company in the sector. This advisory involved one of the most important real estate properties for the company, in a strategic location in Bogota. This work demonstrates our expertise in planning and real estate matters and our wide capability to provide high-quality counsel to complex matters considering several practice areas.

Cárdenas Entertainment and Marketing Group S.A.S. (CEMG):

Counsel in the negotiation of the purchase agreement´s terms and conditions related to the purchase of the Arena Coliseum located in Bogota, Colombia for USD $10 million dollars.

Latam:

Counsel in the drafting and negotiation of several warehouse lease agreements located at the logistic industrial facilities of the client.

Cárdenas Entertainment and Marketing Group S.A.S. (CEMG):

Counsel in the drafting and the negotiation of the agreements of several construction agreements regarding the construction of the Arena Coliseum located in Bogota, Colombia for a total amount of approximately US$5.000.000 million dollars.
