Key Experiences

1. Public Listed Telco Co.
   Successfully defended a public listed telecommunications company against a RM1 billion arbitration claim arising out of a contractual dispute for the provision of nationwide broadband internet services. This claim involved a myriad of complex issues including allegations of exclusivity, breach of contract, breach of confidence and breach of fiduciary duties.
2. Public Listed Teclo Co.
   Successfully defended a public listed telecommunications company against a RM428 million claim arising out of a contractual dispute for the provision online broadcasting services.
3. Telco Tower Contractor
   Successfully defended our client against a RM53 million claim concerning the construction of a telecommunications infrastructure in the state of Perak, and an alleged breach of the master agreement executed between parties.
4. Claim for Misrepresentation
   Successfully defended our client against a RM30 million claim for misrepresentation, negligent misstatement, conspiracy and unjust enrichment. The numerous complex issues were dismissed in totality and substantial costs were awarded in our client’s favour.
5. RM90million Software Dispute
   Successfully securing a favourable settlement for our client in a contractual dispute amounting to RM90 million for the provision of a new business support system software.
