Our Corporate and Commercial Property teams work together to streamline larger business deals, being a one stop shop for commercial clients looking to buy, sell or restructure a company which owns commercial real estate.

By keeping the entirety of the transaction in one place we are able to save our clients considerable time which might otherwise be spent in duplicating information and enquiries. We have excellent working relationships with other experts in their field such as brokers, accountants, estate agents and financial advisors.

Our expert Commercial Property team act for private individuals, charities, company clients, pension schemes and green energy suppliers in their sale or purchase of commercial property. We act on the full spectrum of commercial property matters including retail, offices, warehousing and distribution, rural, and land for development.

The firm have well established links with some of the leading brokers, accountants and estate agents in the area and routinely liaise with them to ensure that all parts of the transaction are being dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
