Wills – the process of creating a Will, mirror Wills for couples, making changes to existing Wills due to circumstances, or conducting a review of a Will to ensure your estate is maximised after your death.

Our team is expert in Probate, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection advice and complex Inheritance Tax Planning. Working with Executors, we can provide expert support and advice in the administration of an estate and ensure that the wishes and sale of property and other assets of the deceased are managed appropriately. For those facing illhealth or lack of capacity, we organise finances and health support matters, far ahead of the time in which they will be needed, providing individuals and families with peace of mind and forward planning so that additional stresses are avoided.

Trusts – our team is expert in the formation and management of all types of wealth protection and wealth planning trust and we actively support trustees. This includes legal advice on trustee responsibilities, the inheritance tax elements of wills and trusts, Capital Gains Tax implications and tax allowances.
