Steven Wright leads the clerk team at 187 Chambers as Senior Clerk. His extensive background in managing clerking teams and client relationships enhances chambers’ operational efficiency and service. He is supported by Tom Parker, as Deputy Senior Clerk, who has a proven track record in clerking and management, supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of chambers.

Steven and Tom are joined by a highly dedicated clerking team, including Theresa Tyler, Stephanie Shaylor and Sebastian Oswiecimka. Each play an integral role in maintaining our chambers’ operations. Theresa, Stephanie, and Sebastian have consistently shown great skill in managing the diary and nurturing relationships with solicitors, helping ensure that our chambers runs smoothly and remains closely connected with our clients.

Emma Gluckstein is 187 Chambers Administrator. Having been called to the Bar in 1985, Emma’s role changed in 2005 (after a sabbatical) to Administrator and she is in the unique position of understanding both sides of the profession. Paul Tuffs and Jo Haigh are Chambers Fees clerks and both bring a wealth of experience to the role.
