We recently won one of our Lebanese clients a court case which culminated in the payment of a disputed amount of USD 4m as a result of the purchase by the plaintiff of a number of shares in the company of the client.

We are in the process of following through on a case filed by one of our Chinese clients against an Iraqi leading bank on the basis of the latter cashing forged cheques amounting to USD 2,800,000.00. Case has now been appealed by the defendant having already won our client the first instance phase.
