Our Compliance department is recognized for providing solutions for highly complex situations, the high degree of knowledge in terms of regulatory compliance that has allowed us to be outstanding speakers and panelists, and for building an excellent relationship with the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF). This has allowed the regulatory body to see us as an ally to achieve the objectives of regulatory compliance in Peru.

Today we have been recognized for being the first legal firm to develop a technological tool for online Regulatory Compliance, called Legal Compliance Scan, through which we have achieved that the UIF compliance procedure is carried out online, standardizing the compliance procedures, and creating an online information system repository and training in real time, thus reducing compliance times and generating an incentive for companies to comply.

Our team has been recognized and highlighted in the real estate sector, being the first law firm to allow the Financial Intelligence Unit to change its criteria to designate compliance and approval of procedures in the sector, a situation that has been in place for more than 7 years without modifications. After more than two years of negotiations with the UIF, our firm managed to get the regulatory entity to change the registration guidelines and procedures, thereby achieving a milestone in compliance for the real estate sector.
