ADVANT Altana’s team advises and assists French and foreign companies in their domestic and international disputes (Algeria, Hungary, Madagascar, Morocco, New Caledonia, Polynesia, etc.) in all aspects of the project and construction operation:
- structuring of companies and related contracts (co-contracting, subcontracting, groupings, joint ventures, joint ventures)
