Acquisition of China Construction Bank (Brasil) Banco Múltiplo S.A. (CCB)’s corporate control by Bank of China Limited (BOC).
The transaction, which was subject to the prior approval of the Brazilian Central Bank and Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), consolidates BOC presence in the Brazilian financial market, making it possible, according to BOC, to expand the flow of operations between Brazil and China.
