DSM Avocats à la Cour advised the Wagner Group Luxembourg, on the sale of 85% of European Data Hub to Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP.

DSM Avocats à la Cour advised Digital Tech Fund, a joint public-private seed fund managed by Expon Capital, for €1 million funding round investment in Cascade Lab, a Luxembourg-based Fintech/Regtech providing administrative, compliance and governance solutions for companies under AML/KYC laws.

We are proud to announce that we worked on Luxcaddy’s recent sale. Luxcaddy’s founders, Mr. Jacques LORANG and Mr. Georges KRAFT, handed over the company’s reins to Mr. Romain PÜTZ.

Luxcaddy is a grocery delivery platform with 50 000 customers that makes 65 000 deliveries per year. With annual sales of approximately EUR 8 million, Luxcaddy currently employs around thirty people and enjoys a solid reputation in the Luxembourg market as a major actor in grocery delivery.

Corporate and M&A is always tied to tax issues and DSM’s Corporate and M&A department works constantly with its Tax Law department to devise the best solutions for clients’ business activities.
Additionally, DSM Avocats à la Cour provides day-to-day corporate support for company structures, organizes the holding of shareholder general meetings and board of director or supervisory board meetings, and represents shareholders at those general meetings.
