KPMG’s dispute resolution team assists clients in business related civil cases and in certain criminal cases.

KPMG’s dispute resolution team is operating closely with KPMG’s contract, m&a and employment law teams, and most of our legal counsels are part of at least two teams. We are assisting clients in dispute matters relating to real estate and construction, labour and employment law, contract law as well as m&a disputes, starting from contract and negotiation phase and if necessary all the way through court proceedings. In civil cases we are acting as an advocate in conciliation process and in arbitration process.

Our dispute resolution team’s lawyers bring together KPMG’s multi-disciplinary specialist teams (audit, tax and cyber security), thus we are able to take advantage of wide expertise of KPMG’s specialists in cases where special expertise is needed to internalize and control civil cases. Due to our strong international network, we are able to take care that our clients get the best legal service also in cross border cases.
