Representing Eric Duneau and Frederic Senegas in achieving a win in the Companies Court in a ground breaking judgement relating to the just and equitable winding up of a listed PLC, followed by a notable costs judgement.

Represented Ink Global in High Court proceedings against Wizz Air in a contractual dispute relating to the issues arising from the grounding of Wizz Air’s aircraft during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Acting for Smith Bradbeers & Co Limited in a long-running court battle with UK Chiropractic Property Limited involving two trials with an appeal.

Acted for Rodiston Ltd in its claim against two Turkish corporate defendants and an individual resident in Turkey issued in the Commercial Court for repayment of $17.7 million due pursuant to three loan agreements.

Advised Success Winner Trading Limited in its dispute with its UK distributor, Radial Commerce Limited over the price and conditions under which RCL has provided warehousing services to SWTL under a master services agreement.

The Dispute Resolution team work with clients to achieve their objectives through early commercial and sensible resolution of disputes wherever possible. Where court or arbitration proceedings are the best method for achieving the client’s objectives, or where they are unavoidable, they employ their extensive experience of fighting such disputes at all levels of the court system in England and Wales, as well as in institutional and ad hoc arbitration.

They deal with complex and high value disputes, many with an international/offshore element, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border issues which can involve urgent court and tribunal applications worldwide.
