We also appear before Omani courts in arbitration-related matters, particularly challenges and enforcement of awards and interim measures, as well as other matters, especially multi-jurisdictional ones. We act as legal experts in mediations, arbitrations and foreign court proceedings, and advise on litigation strategies, particularly in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, including drafting choice of court and arbitration agreements and assisting in out of court settlements and in the selection of counsel and advisers.
