We advise power generation (hydroelectric, thermal, Aeolian, biomass and solar energy generation), transmission and distribution companies and non-regulated customers. We take part in the steps required to obtain concessions and authorizations, and negotiate rights-of-way. We participate in competitive bidding processes organized by Proinversión and Osinergmin. We also negotiate supply agreements on behalf of non-regulated customers and support regulated users organize binomial rate structures and elect the best tariff option and provide advice on tariff setting and solution of disputes before Osinergmin. We have substantial experience in the conduct of due diligence reviews in the electricity sector, both to purchase electricity companies as well as to obtain any financing available in the national or foreign banking system.
