This area of practice focuses on advising companies on the following matters:

1. Diagnosis, implementation, and support in contract negotiation for the development of energy projects.
2. Drafting, negotiation, and closing of contracts for the supply of electricity and natural gas.
3. Requests, complaints, and appeals for the protection of users of electricity and gas services.
4. Legal representation in investigations and administrative proceedings before regulatory authorities.
5. Interpretation, application, and analysis of the impact of regulatory changes in public services and energy regulation.
6. Procedures before sectoral authorities: Ministry of Energy, CREG, Superintendence of Utility Services, among others.
7. Implementation of compliance programs.
