Amgen USA, Inc: Counsel in the regulatory structure and legal opinion regarding the import of medical devices and rendering services for clinical trials in Colombia.

Skeletal Dynamics Inc: Counsel in all aspects required to obtain the health registration of a new line of medical devices including high risk products with INVIMA and consumer protection authorities as to labelling and advertising.

DASA Brazil: Counsel in all regulatory and sanitary aspects for the import of biological samples including but not limited to DNA, blood and saliva samples.

Even though the Department is recognized for providing IP traditional counsel, our team is renowned for providing added value services including but not limited to drafting of IP manuals; registration of non-conventional trademarks; training of client’s personnel in intellectual property matters; active seeking of IP infringements; settlement and IP dispute resolutions; advice to startup companies; strategic management of local client’s portfolios abroad with presence in more than 110 countries, among others.
