Our New Homes Team understands the specific issues that come with buying new-build properties and have the necessary experience to ensure that deadlines set by the developers, usually 28 days, are met throughout the process.

We have established relationships and a proven track record with local and national developers and we offer a quick, efficient service for competitive, fixed pricing. We can also deal with affordable housing schemes, such as the government’s Help to Buy scheme.

If you have a related sale or you are part-exchanging an existing property this can also be handled by the same conveyancer dealing with your purchase to ensure that the chain proceeds as quickly as possible to help you secure your new home.
