In the Real Estate practice group, you will meet our experts for real estate transactions and all other questions of real estate law. We see ourselves as your strategic partners in real estate investments. By working together, our practice groups are able to keep pace with the increasingly complex challenges in the real estate industry.

We build on our in-depth entrepreneurial understanding of the asset class “Real Estate”. Hence, our clients receive all-encompassing advice on real estate investments: transactions, finance, project development and developer models, capital market transactions, investment funds, restructurings. A main focus of our real estate practice lies on counselling buyers and sellers in high-volume real estate transactions, especially in national and cross-border portfolio transactions. Further core areas include quasi-infrastructure PPP projects, renewable energy (wind farms, photovoltaic farms, solar parks, hydroelectric power stations), lease transactions and the management of high-volume real estate development projects.
