Team Services
Our Real Estate and Property Team can assist to place every “legal brick” in your transaction – from the initial negotiations through to transferring the property and acquiring the necessary approvals along the way. Our team consists of commercial, competition and conveyancing professionals with extensive experience in all aspects relating to the property sector.
Our clients range from private individuals, real estate investment trusts (REIT’s), other listed property companies as well as privately held property companies both big and small, including property developers, property and asset managers and property investment companies.
Our services include:
- Negotiation and structuring of commercial property transactions and preparation of all agreements pursuant thereto.
- Advising on, and submitting merger filings where a transaction concerning immovable property constitutes a notable merger.
- Advising on, and attending to registration of residential, commercial, retail as well as mixed use developments and projects including township establishment, opening of sectional title schemes, subdivision and consolidation of properties.
- Conventional registration of residential and commercial property transactions, such as registration of transfers and bonds.
