‘Shopping PCS’, in judicial reorganization for BRL 650 million; ‘Grão de Gente’, in judicial reorganization for BRL 100 million; ‘Cromex’, in out-of-court reorganization for BRL 90 million; ‘Grupo Alimentos Nota 10’, in judicial reorganization for R$ 20 million in the city of Aracaju-SE; ‘Grupo Hospitalar Vidas’ in judicial reorganization for BRL 30 million;

Grupo TPA in out-of-court reorganization for BRL 30 million, and Grupo ACIP in the judicial reorganization for BRL 190 million, among others.

Acting for creditors, the firm represented Nadir Figueiredo, with a credit of more than BRL 50 million in the judicial reorganization of Lojas Americanas; ‘Grupo MTNet’, one of the main creditors, in the out-of-court recovery of ‘WeClix’ and Âmbar Energia, a J&F Investments company, in the judicial reorganizations of ‘Argon’ and ‘New Energies’. The firm also advised Vamos (JSL Group) on acquiring assets from Grupo Petrópolis in a BRL 600 million sale-leaseback operation.

Mange has also acted in the bankruptcies of Companhia Internacional de Seguros and Indústria Brasileira de Formulários, as well as representing the Fundo Garantidor de Créditos-FGC in the bankruptcy of Banco Cruzeiro do Sul S.A.
