• Shipping: We advise and assist ship owners, shipyards, ship managers, time voyage and bareboat charterers with the building, sale and purchase, chartering and ship management of their vessels. We also provide advice and assistance on the registration of a vessel, on management agreements as well as on shareholder agreements between parties where a vessel will be jointly owned.
• Shipping Finance: we assist and regularly advise banks, financial institutions and investors in connection with all aspects of shipping finance. Our experience encompasses drafting and advising on loan agreements, guarantees and other facilities, mortgages on Cyprus flag vessels, pledge of shares, accounts and other security documents in Cypriot companies, as well as issuing legal opinions on a wide range of ship finance transactions.
• Admiralty Litigation: We often act on instruction of international law firms and represent ship owners, shipping companies, ship brokers, insurers and other related entities in disputes with a maritime dimension. We have also significant expertise is ship arrest cases.
