The mix of our Pan-African and corporate and commercial practice ensures that we make a meaningful impact not only in corporate and commercial space in Ghana but across the entire continent of Africa.  The members of our team apply their knowledge of the recently established African Continental Free Trade Area as well as the ECOWAS in providing a unique range of corporate and commercial services to help our clients to grow their businesses across the continent. 

The firm, since its inception, has established strong networks across the continent of Africa and the rest of the world. Notable among these is our accreditation as a member of the Commonwealth Legal Network, and a strategic partner of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC), being the only law firm in Ghana with this status. Our Senior Partner currently serves as the Chair of the Ghana Hub of the CWEIC, while our Managing Partner serves as a Global Advisory Council member of CWEIC. As a member of the Commonwealth Legal Network and a strategic partner of the CWEIC, our firm leverages the strong ties it has established with key business and investment corporations in the Commonwealth and across the world to provide a unique range of services to its clients on corporate and commercial matters.
