Client SatisfactionCMS’ Albanian presence offers a plethora of legal areas, including corporate and M&A, banking and finance, energy, IP, concessions, tax, and employment. The office is also home to a growing TMT practice. Managing partner Mirko Daidone is best known for advising national and international clients on corporate, banking, and competition matters, but he also heads the employment, commercial and insurance departments. Evis Zaja co-heads the competition team and is knowledgeable in corporate, banking and finance, IP, and data protection.
