Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, class actions, insolvency proceedings and general commercial litigation. The team works before all levels of judicial and arbitration courts and also takes on administrative cases at the national, provincial and municipal levels. The team is co-led by Mariano Rovelli, a seasoned arbitration lawyer and shareholder litigation expert, and Eugenia Pracchia, who focuses on commercial litigation as well as the regulatory aspects of capital markets, foreign exchange and anti-money laundering matters. At the associate level, Martina Schmidt and Santiago Nieto cover a mix of civil and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and bankruptcies and restructurings.
