Brons & Salas is particularly well-known for advising electricity clients on contentious matters and is regularly called on to support power companies in a wide variety of disputes, including PPA matters and contractual breaches, in both the judicial and arbitral spheres (especially under UNCITRAL rules). The team also assist regulators with EPC project monitoring and policy matters, as required; and has been an active player in the nascent green hydrogen sector, advising on the largest green hydrogen development project in Argentina.
